제2전시실
가야실과 도자실
제2전시실에서는 세계문화유산으로 등재된 고령 지산동고분군에서 발굴된 대가야의 화련한 문화를 한눈에 살펴볼 수 있는 유물과 성주 성산동고분군에서 발굴된 유물들이 전시되어 있어 지금으로부터 약 1,500년 전 고대 사회의 장례 문화와 먹거리 문화 등을 살펴볼 수 있습니다. 또한 우리 대학교 박물관이 구매하거나 기증받은 유물을 통일신라시대부터 조선시대까지 시대별로 구성하여 전시하고 있습니다. 아울러 김천 교동유적의 조선시대 건물지를 복원한 모형도와 관련 유물 그리고 전시실 마지막 부분에는 12지신과 관련된 유물들이 전시되어 있습니다. 제2전시실에 전시된 수천 점에 이르는 다양한 유물을 통해 관람객은 우리 문화유산의 흐름과 특징을 보다 쉽고 깊이 있게 이해할 수 있습니다.
Gallery 2 presents the refined culture of Daegaya through artifacts excavated from the UNESCO-listed Jisan-dong Tumuli in Goryeong, alongside materials from the Seongsan-dong Tumuli in Seongju, offering insight into the funerary practices and dietary life of ancient societies some 1,500 years ago. The gallery further features objects acquired and donated to the museum, arranged chronologically from the Unified Silla to the Joseon dynasty. A scale reconstruction of a Joseon-period building from the Gyodong site in Gimcheon, together with related artifacts, is also displayed. The exhibition concludes with objects associated with the Twelve Zodiac Deities. Through this extensive collection, visitors can gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the development and characteristics of Korean cultural heritage.
