Introduction
The department of English Education was established as part of the College of Education in 2008 in response to the growing need to cultivate secondary school English teachers who can effectively teach English through English(TETE).

Based on many years of experience in the teaching field and in teacher training programs, the faculty in the department work toward developing highly skilled educators who are creative and innovative, and who can instill in students a sense of ethicality and effectively prepare students for leadership in a highly competitive globalized society.
