This design of this scheme respects the existing urban context and makes reasonable architectural design. In the design, the landscape, ecology and sense of technology of the building are given priority. At the same time, it is considered that the relevant functions must fully meet the need for users. The functional framework of each part is created from multiple angles and scales, and the modeling techniques combining science and art are used to reflect the image of modern architecture. In the layout of the general plan, the high-rise apartment part is designed on the east side, the commercial pedestrian entrance and exit are set on the north side of the building , the high-rise apartment pedestrian entrance and exit are set on the east side of the building, and the vehicle entrance and exit are set on the south side of the site, forming a circular streamline, basically realizing the separation of people and vehicles, and at the same time meeting the setting of the fire climbing site. The combination of stone and glass surface is selected on the facade of the building, and it is embellished with dark gray tiles. The color is mainly silver-gray, which is stable and modern. The glass is transparent and colorless, so that various materials together form a neat, clean and tall modern apartment image.
